Pharrell Williams - Freedom (Glastonbury 2015)

Apple Music have announced that Pharrell Williams's next single will be their first exclusive release. The service will launch on June 30.

Though, its only exclusive to Apple Music, I just can't do Apple.
But my support for Pharrell always here.

Apple have now announced that they've reached a licensing agreement with several indie labels –including Beggars Group, which means they can now offer music from the likes of Radiohead and Adele.

Healthy Fats | Avocados

The American Dietetic Association [ADA] recommends that 25 to 30% of your calories come from healthy fats. Add some form of healthy fats [that contain Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids] into at lest two or three meals each day. Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, fatty fish, olive oil and avocados are all great choices.

An avocado, rich in healthy monosaturated fat, has an added benefit- It has double the amount of potassium as a banana.

Do choose California-grown avocados over Florida-grown. They have fewer calories and less sugar.

Vegetable Prices Have Risen Due To Truck Drivers

Istanbul, Turkey

For citizens of Istanbul, vegetable prices have risen due to lorry [truck]drivers recently holding a protest over a number of days. They were angry because they are limited to when they can drive on a busy bridge to Istanbul.

Lorry[truck] drivers are not allowed to drive over the Fatih Sultan Mehmet bridge between 7 and 10am, and 4 to 8pm as the government wish to bring a calmer traffic situation. However this decision is unacceptable to truckers and led to 1500 lorry drivers striking between 27 to 30 January, reported Turkish newspaper Zaman. This then resulted in consumers hoarding vegetables, amongst other things, and driving prices up even before the trucks had stopped.
